Terms & Conditions for Docleaf

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Docleaf, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.

2. Account Creation and SSO

Users can create an account on Docleaf using third-party Single Sign-On (SSO) providers such as Google or Microsoft. By using SSO, you agree to the terms and conditions of the SSO provider. We do not collect or store any personal information directly, except for what is shared with us by the SSO provider to facilitate your login.

3. Invoice Generation

As part of the invoice generation process, users may upload invoice details and images. These details and images are processed temporarily to create the invoices but are never stored on our servers. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content you upload does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

4. Paid Plans and Payment Processing

Docleaf offers paid subscription plans which can be purchased through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions. Docleaf does not store any payment details; all transactions are securely processed by Stripe.

5. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• You agree not to use Docleaf for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could harm or impair others' use of the service.
• You must ensure that all information you provide, including any data or content uploaded for invoice generation, is accurate and lawful.

6. Limitation of Liability

Docleaf is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of our service. In no event shall Docleaf, its affiliates, or its licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of Docleaf at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in conduct that may harm our service or other users.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sweden.
